Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and services offered through www.anubhavsahni.com/build, including BUILD 001 and related learning or training services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

Refund and cancellation eligibility is determined according to the terms displayed with the applicable offer at the time of purchase and the circumstances of each request.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel before a live session or service has been delivered, please contact us as early as possible so we can review your request.

To request a cancellation, email: info@anubhavsahni.com with your name and payment/transaction details.

3. Refunds

Where a service has not yet been delivered, we will review refund requests in line with the applicable offer terms and applicable consumer law.

Once a live training service has been fully delivered, payment is not automatically refundable solely because the participant later chooses not to use the service, subject to applicable consumer rights and any specific refund commitment made at checkout.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through the applicable payment provider (such as PayU). Processing timelines depend on the payment provider and your bank.

4. Payment Issues & Duplicate Charges

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or a payment failed but an amount was debited, contact us with the transaction details and we will investigate and resolve eligible cases.
