これまで身につけたすべてのスキルは、ひとつのことへつながっています。
私は早くから働き始めました。すべてを分かっていたからではなく、好奇心があり、物事の本当の仕組みを理解したかったからです。
ビジネス、マーケティング、営業、テクノロジーを独学で、しかも苦労しながら学びました。実際の仕事、実際の失敗、そしてまったく異なる業界での実際の成果を通じて。どの経験も、前の経験では得られない学びを与えてくれました。
そのどれも偶然ではありません。身につけたすべてのスキルは、今では同じ一点を指しています。すなわち、事業がどう成長するかを理解し、その前に立ちはだかる課題を解決することです。
